Why Didnt Kris Jenner Comment on the Bruce Jenner Interview?

It’s not easy when your husband of many years – and the father of two of your children – tells you that he’s not really a man but that he’s a woman and has been living a live for more than 6 decades. When Kris Jenner’s husband Bruce Jenner told her he wanted to become the woman he’s always felt he was, their marriage did not work out. Given the comment that Jenner made about Kris during his recent – much talked about – interview with Diane Sawyer, if Kris had been okay with his change they would have remained married.

But the fact of the matter is this; there is a rumor out there that Kris Jenner was asked to comment on the interview her ex-husband did with Sawyer and she declined. She’s made several comments to the press that she did not decline to comment on her exes interview, that she was never asked to make a comment. She did, however, post a supportive message on her Twitter account following the interview, but she never made a formal comment. Why not? We have a few suggestions as to why she kept her opinions to herself when she’s usually not one to do that.

It’s Not her Business

Bruce Jenner’s transgender life is, quite frankly, none of Kris’ business. Chances are good that since their divorce, she’s made it her business to stay out of his business. She’s not married to him anymore, and she might want to keep out of this issue.

She’s Embarrassed

Wouldn’t you be? We’re not saying that it’s right or wrong to be embarrassed, but when you’re married to someone for so long and you have kids with him and raise a family with him and then you divorce because he feels he’s a woman? It might be a bit embarrassing for her. I’d be, simply for not knowing the extent of my husband’s real feelings.

She has Nothing Nice to Say

My parents always told me that if I have nothing nice to say, I should say nothing at all. Now, it’s a lot more fun in many cases to say it anyway, but this is very personal and very public. Perhaps she’s not supportive but doesn’t feel the need to rub that into her children’s father’s face or lie to the public about supporting him.

She’s Protecting her Kids

There is little doubt that as much support as the Jenner and Kardashian kids have shown for their father that they are going through a difficult time. The man they’ve always known is not really the man they’ve always known, and perhaps Jenner is more concerned with their feelings and she’s keeping mum.

What Would she Say?

Really now, what would Kris Jenner say? Her marriage fell apart, her kids are going through something and her ex is going through some serious times. What would she say?
